We recommend staying in Montecito, which is where our preferred hotel is located. If you’d prefer to stay in downtown Santa Barbara, it’s a ten minute drive from Montecito. Alternatively, feel free to book an airbnb!
Stay
Transportation shuttles will be leaving from the Montecito Inn on the day of the wedding. There is no parking on site at the wedding venue, so please plan accordingly if you stay elsewhere. You can either take an uber to the Montecito Club for the wedding, or make plans to meet at the Montecito Inn to be transported on the shuttle. The shuttle will not be stopping at any other hotels!

Santa Barbara is a ten minute drive from Montecito. While we’ll be staying in Montecito and won’t be offering shuttles from any of these hotels, feel free to venture here if you’re looking for a bit more action, a wider selection of restaurants and more beachfront access

While the above options are lovely, if you’re feeling a little (or very) luxe, the options below are beautiful. The Rosewood Miramar Beach and San Ysidro Ranch are both located in Montecito, while the El Encanto is located in the Santa Barbara hills.

Getting there
Flying
The easiest option would be to fly into SBA (Santa Barbara Airport). This airport is a 10-15 minute car ride away from both Montecito and Downtown Santa Barbara.
As many airports do not have direct flights into SBA, the second best option is to fly into LAX (Los Angeles Airport) and either rent a car (if you’d like one for the weekend) or book a car service to bring you to Santa Barbara. This is roughly an hour and a half car ride when there is minimal traffic. However, LA can be notorious for traffic, especially around rush hour, so please keep that in mind if you decide to book this option!
Getting around
If you’re staying at the Montecito Inn, you can easily walk through town and down to the beach. They also have a small selection of beach cruisers available. Ubers and Lyfts are always an option if you’d like to venture a little further out, or if you’re staying at an alternative accommodation. If you’d prefer to rent a car, that’s also an option and valet parking is included in the room charge at the Montecito Inn.
Wedding day
We will be providing shuttles to and from the Montecito Inn to the Montecito Club on Saturday, January 16th. We will post updates on shuttle times and schedules as we get closer to the big day.
